Your application goes 'live', and now we can provide you with support from our implementation department. Updates may include new features, product enhancements, updated scenarios and/or bug fixes. This intensive support is designed to make sure you're on track throughout the first month of going live, where issues may first arise. We provide on-site and remote training services. Training is different than technical support. It is typically associated with questions of a “how do you do this?" nature. For example, "how do you collect a specific data?” or "how do you print the reports?"

The latest technologies and best implementation won't work for your organization unless your employees and other stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to use the new systems. Datamatix understands that training is a critical part of ensuring your implementation's success. Remote training is typically phone or e-mail based and limited to specific questions and emergency situations. It may include research and follow-up communication which are counted as part of the remote training time.

Our technical support team provides customers the ability to interface with them on technical incidents – hardware and software – associated with the software. Customers open incidents through email (support@datamatixsoftware.com). We will respond in a timely and professional manner.
